Terms of Service

RS Yachts is a yacht marketing and listing platform, not a licensed yacht broker. RS Yachts does not act as an agent, intermediary, or legal representative for any party in a transaction.

All yacht purchase and sale transactions occur directly between the buyer and the seller. RS Yachts facilitates contact but does not participate in any negotiation, contract, or agreement between the parties.

RS Yachts does not independently verify the accuracy, truthfulness, or completeness of information provided by sellers in their listings. All information regarding pricing, technical specifications, vessel condition, and features is the sole responsibility of the seller.

RS Yachts assumes no liability for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in listings published on the platform.

Listing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to: voluntary withdrawal of the listing, sale of the vessel prior to listing expiration, or removal of the listing for breach of these Terms.

Use of the RS Yachts platform is restricted to persons 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. RS Yachts does not accept listings or inquiries from minors.

RS Yachts reserves the right to remove, suspend, or modify any listing at any time and without prior notice for any of the following reasons, among others:

• False, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Listing of illegal or stolen vessels
• Breach of these Terms of Service
• Complaints from users or third parties
• RS Yachts' sole discretion

By using the platform, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information
• Not post fraudulent or misleading listings
• Not use the platform for illegal activities
• Respect the rights of other users

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RS Yachts, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses arising from transactions between users
• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Inaccuracies in listing information
• Service interruptions or outages
• Disputes between buyers and sellers

Use of the platform is at your own risk and responsibility.

All content on the RS Yachts platform, including design, text, images, and code, is protected by copyright. Reproduction without express written authorization from RS Yachts is prohibited.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of Florida.

RS Yachts reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
